Overview And Acceptance

These terms apply to your use of Chahine Sportswear II Corporation’s website and online store, powered by Shopify. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Chahine Sportswear II Corporation. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, please stop using the store. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate order and account details and keep login credentials secure. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation or infringe another person’s rights.

Products And Information

We sell men’s clothing, including T shirts, shirts, shorts, hoodies and joggers. Product pages describe available materials, sizes, measurements and options. Review these details before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear, and availability may change. We will correct material errors and contact you if an error affects an order rather than making an unapproved substitution.

Orders And Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for an unavailable item, a material pricing error, suspected fraud or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We may request reasonable information needed to verify or fulfill an order.

Pricing And Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout displays the order total, any applicable taxes and available payment methods before you submit payment. U.S. standard shipping is free. You authorize the payment for the amount you confirm at checkout. Please use a payment method you are authorized to use. Shipping And Cancellation

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process, with a 2:00 PM Eastern Time cutoff, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in UPS transit. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free. See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, tracking and delays.

To cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it without an additional handling fee and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Returns, Exchanges And Refunds

Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected; funds usually appear within another 1–3 business days, subject to the issuer. Intellectual Property

Store text, layout, logos and other content are owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping. Copying, distributing or commercially exploiting protected content without authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

Availability And Warranties

We aim to keep the store available and information accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes a product warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we and our service providers are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable rights relating to defective products, personal injury, fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. Shopify’s role as a platform provider does not replace our responsibility as the seller.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the store when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, a material breach of these terms or a security risk. Termination does not cancel rights and obligations already accrued or valid orders and refunds. Provisions that by their nature continue, including intellectual property, liability and governing law, survive termination.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable third-party claims, losses and costs caused by your unlawful use of the store, your material breach of these terms or your infringement of another party’s rights. This does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or to the extent prohibited by consumer law. We will give reasonable notice of a claim and seek your consent before agreeing to a settlement that imposes non-monetary obligations on you.

Governing Law And General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms and the linked policies form the agreement governing use of the store and purchases, subject to any mandatory legal rights.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The effective date will change, and additional notice will be provided where required. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
