Where Do You Ship?
We ship to eligible UPS-serviceable addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free. We do not currently offer international delivery.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day. UPS transit is estimated at another 3–5 business days, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days from when processing begins. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
How Do I Choose A Size?
Check the measurements, material and fit information on the individual product page. Compare them with a similar garment you own. Contact us if you need help before ordering.
Can I Cancel My Order?
To cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it without an additional handling fee and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Can I Return Or Exchange Clothing?
Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. For a change of mind or size exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We cover shipping for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items; customers pay return postage for a change of mind or a size they selected incorrectly. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the return is received and inspected. Funds usually appear within another 1–3 business days, subject to the bank or issuer.
